Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason or defect, please contact us at info@pwm.com.co with a photo of the item(s). Once we confirm your return request, we will provide you with a return address.

 

7-day return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request within 7 days from the date you received the (last) package. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. The return package must be mailed within 7 days from the date you receive the return instructions.

Refund Processing

After receiving the return package, check to see if the package meets the return requirements. If so, the refund will be processed through the registered payment method. Please check your payment method. Refunds will be sent within 7 to 15 business days.

*Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and in the original packaging with the original product label tag.

*The original shipping cost of your order will not be refunded.
